Saturday, October 29, 2011 - 4:00 PM – 10th Annual Pipe Screams Concert
United Congregational Church, Bridgeport, John Michniewicz/John Polo, hosts – grand reception to follow. Costumes encouraged. Prizes for best costumes. Annual Halloween musical extravaganza this year with 200+ singers in 6 choral groups. 4-Heart Harmony and SHU LOVE (Ladies Only Vocal Ensemble both from the Sacred Heart University; the University Singers and Chamber Singers, both from the University of Bridgeport, the Norma Pfriem Children's Choir and new this year, the Fairfield County Children's Choir. Musicians include Dr. John Michniewicz, Galen Tate, David Harris, Frank Martignetti, Traci Galla, Dr. Joe Utterback, Jeff Wood and Jon Noyes.

John Polo’s Home, 25 Plymouth Avenue, Trumbull. Executive Committee to meet at 3:30 PM. Annual favorite to toast in the new year and perform for each other at the grand piano and organ.

Stratford United Methodist , 2600 Main Street, Stratford, Rev. Meg Williams and Carole Fanslow hosts. Our Clinician will be Rick Wood, Director of "Chime In! Music with a Mission" in Bethlehem, CT. $5 per person, includes lunch. Concert at 2:00 PM open to the public - donations or non-perishable food benefit "The Lord's Kitchen" weekly suppers. First Congregational Church, Norwalk, CT, Flora Major host. Celebrate the new, large 3-manual Austin console and upgrades. Come for dinner and to hear our 2011 M. Louise Miller Scholarship Winner Mary Pan.
